Summary: I wanted to reach out and hope this is the best way to sing the praises of Michelle. This is an employee that has truly gone above and beyond to help me and my fitness studio these past 2 weeks.
I had to go in for a deviated septum surgery on May 21st. As I was waiting in the preop room, I began getting a number of email notifications on my cell that clients were having trouble signing up for classes for our reopening on June 1st. The issue had to do with their accounts being placed on hold due to Covid closures. I did not have access to my computer and knew I'd be down for a day or two with pain meds, etc so I sent out an email request for help to the WL support email address. I am beyond happy I received a reply from Michelle not just for her help in fixing this issue...but because of what follows.
My surgery itself was fine but the recovery was far from routine. I am much better now but had breathing issues, medication allergies and a number of other unforeseen issues that literally rendered me unable to run my business. As I do not have a manager or other staffers, my daughter Hannah who is 19 had to suddenly try to navigate client emails and a software site she had no knowledge of. She of course was overwhelmed and I directed her at one point to respond to Michelle's reply asking her for help as I was down for the count.
I have gone back and reread all of the correspondence between Michelle and Hannah and let me say that I am nothing short of grateful for the help Michelle gave. Her directions to Hannah were clear with detailed steps of how to make some changes but more importantly how Michelle was able to directly assist from her end of things! Michelle also was kind and encouraging to Hannah regarding her well wishes to me and hopes for a speedy recovery.
If Michelle had not stepped up to the plate as she did, I truly do not know if I would have been able to reopen my studio as planned. Being down for so many weeks with Covid closures was devastating financially. Postponing our reopening even further due to my not being able to work through client issues and site changes while down ill, would have been the last straw. Michelle's dedication to her job, it's requirements and then going above and beyond speaks volumes not only to her character but the quality of employee you have at WL. Words can not express my gratitude and wanted to let you know what a gem you have in your staffer Michelle.Positive: I loved how easy it was to transition from Mindbody to WellnessLiving. However I loved even more how easy it was for my clients to shift as well.
Negative: Zero. Literally nothing is wrong or missing for me.

Incredible Customer Service Date: May 22 2020
Summary: Wellness Living is an incredible company.
They walked me through the whole process of transitioning from my previous software to their platform.
The best part so far has been their amazing customer service team. They are incredibly patient and proficient! Even though they are so knowledgeable and could just “fix” the problem, they are great with walking through the steps to help make you more independent. Working with WL has been one of the best experiences of opening my yoga studio!Positive: Great software.
Even Better customer service that are eager to help use the software to its potential.
Lots of cool options for marketing .Negative: I would like a few more crossover functions on the elevate app.

Summary: My over all experience has been positive. I feel the on-boarding process needs to be longer to get a full understanding of the software capabilities and in capabilities.
Positive: I like having the accessibility to the customer service team throughout the business day. They are attentive and thorough.
Negative: I would have like the on-boarding sessions to be longer.

Summary: I was with Mindbody for 8 years and constantly had issues that were unresolved. They kept increasing my rate and did not care when I told them I was considering switching software. Wellness Living, from the moment I had my demo to transitioning to their software, to building out the app, and overall functionality of the software, I could not be more pleased. I wish I had found it sooner!
Positive: It's very easy to use, white label app, rewards program, extremely helpful support. I also love that they value my business.
Negative: It can sometimes be a challenge to get support on the phone, but when they do reply they always resolve my issue.

So happy I switched from MINDBODY Date: Jul 20 2019
Summary: All I can say is sign up, I am now saving hundreds monthly because I don’t need to use other software to run and manage my business, not to mention all the extra time that I now have to allocate for growing my business, it probably bought me an additional 12 hours a week of calls that I no longer get from staff, staying on Support waiting for over an hour at a time trying to figure something out. Not to mention their reserve will Google relationship generates several leads a month which pays 5 fold for the software and my app that now is in the Google play and iOS store.
Positive: I no longer need to pay for more software like Perkville, constant contact, Loyal Snap and I save money every month in credit card processing fees, I can’t believe I did not find this company earlier. I’ve been using them for about six months and over that time I have had two instructors leave me, the new instructors I hired picked up on the software within a week, where previously with mind-body it would take over six weeks for them to get the hang of it, but they would still keep on calling me every day and sometimes at night when they had questions because the MINDBODY support never answered. WellnessLiving is so intuitive and easy to use, that I did not even need to use their support, and my new instructors do not even call me they figure things out all on their own because it’s just simple. I read the founders story before signing up on their blog, finally somebody from the industry built a software for the industry!
Negative: They have updates every month or so, and they are constantly rolling out new features based on customers requests, unfortunately I don’t have the time to learn all these new features and how they work, but when I do find time these guys are almost always right on with what helps my business.
