Summary: I highly recommend this parking app as it is stress free, easy to use and has a excellent customer support service, i cannot find anything bad to say about this company.

Positive: I have been using this app for booking parking for over 2 years now and i have to say it is the most user friendly app for booking my parking, easy to book multiple days and up to a month in advance, it is stress free and i don't even need to rummage around in my bag for my pass as the vehicle recognition opens the barrier automatically, this is extremely helpful especially when i am a bit late! Also the customer service is excellent, they resolved my queries around overnight parking for multiple days very swiftly and efficiently. It is very easy to amend booking or cancel and they always send you an email confirmation which is great.

Negative: I wish our company had employed the services of Wayleadr far sooner.

Summary: Haven't had any concerns with the product, honestly it keeps things very simple and takes steps to keep things honest, too.

Positive: we use it for work, it's such a simple thing to have on hand. Only need to update my requests every couple weeks, and it shows me what i need to see on each morning.

Negative: My only issue is a way that my workplace is implementing it, not anything on Wayfindr's side.

Perhaps a push notification so I don't have to faff about with my phone when my car is idling at the gate barrier - a notification that tells me what bay I have reserved? :D

Summary: Very positive, I have the system on both mobiles and my work laptop an its always up to date.

Positive: Simple and quick to use / update / make changes, I can also store more than 1 car registration so makes booking easy if I'm in a different car.

Positive: It is so easy to book a parking space at out head office, No drama, no fuss and confirmation all is ok. Just book for your allocated space and that is it.

Positive: We use Wayleadr for parking allocation, and their customer support has always been extraordinarily helpful when an issue arises. They also are quite receptive to customer feedback and seek to improve the customer experience with feature requests.

Negative: Wayleadr's allocation algorithms are generic and therefore not always the most applicable to our company's specific use case; however, they are often quite receptive to feedback!

Summary: Since starting my new job it has been really quick and easy getting a parking space using this app.
