Summary: It creates a fair policy for the management of parking spaces which allows you to let ParkOffice manage without thinking about it.

Positive: ParkOffice really helped us to manage the parking spaces, and especially to avoid leaving someone out.

Negative: There is no inconvenience, except for the days when I don't get my parking space! But that's part of the game if there are fewer spaces than there are applicants.

Summary: Excellent seamless transition from our old parking system (first come, first served) to our new parking system.

Positive: The initial configuration of the application is simple and easy to use for anyone who is not too tech savvy! The ParkOffice team was able to help you quickly in case of a problem.

Negative: Can only book up to 2 weeks in advance and do not have a regular continuous application.

Summary: Great Customer Service from the Park Office team. So easy to use and the weekly reminders are so handy. Being able to book using the app on your phone - it can be done outside of the normal hours.

Summary: Fairly straightforward to get used to and never had a request refused. Overall a great design with good features.

Positive: Easy layout and less stress involved in securing a parking space. There is always a space available and I like being able to open the gate with my phone.

Negative: Only being able to book up to 2 weeks in advance and not have a rolling regular request.

Positive: Super easy to use, quick, simple and spaces are only taken when staff are in so all spaces are utilised.

Negative: Nothing to dislike. The app is always working with no down time and quickly approved.

Positive: ParkOffice solves all our parking problems within 10 days of getting in contact. We were having problem with capacity but their platform allowed us to get much more out of our existing space.

Negative: Nothing to report, anything minor was dealt with quickly. Gerard and Jason were very helpful and are always available to chat.

Summary: Really happy with the service provided. Excellent value for money in comparison to other options. Has really reduced the traffic around the office too.

Positive: Really helped us with improved availability of space and prioritizing vulnerable employees during covid.

Negative: Nothing hugely to mention here. Any problems we had were minor and dealt with promptly.

Summary: Excellent service. The ParkOffice guys had us up and running within a week and all employees were delighted to finally have a solution to our parking problems.

Positive: Our parking was a mess before ParkOffice. They implemented a good structure and got rid of the free for all early rush to the office. We now just have to book our spaces in advance and we can do everything through their app.

Negative: We had one bug with the live occupancy tracker but their development team had it fixed within an hour.

Summary: Overall this is a top class piece of tech that helps us massively as a business particularly during covid. Don't hesitate to reach out to ParkOffice if you are having any parking problems at all.

Positive: Seamless onboarding experience thanks to Gerard. Slick service all round. I have gotten numerous compliments from employees regarding the booking system. And the best part is we have noticed a 25% increase in the capacity of our carpark as a result of implementing ParkOffice.

Negative: There's not much I would change about the product. It completely caters for our every need.

Summary: I use the app about 90% of the time before it was first come first served and I always lost out because I had to drop the kids to school and arrived at 5 minutes to 9 am and most times I did not get a space ..

Positive: Easy to use, and we can open the boom gate from our phone, no fob or swipe card. Also, the app algorithm allocates the parking spaces fairly so the parking is not distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.

Negative: Nothing really, we are very happy with it, at first, they have some issues with bugs but they sorted it all out very quickly because I think they have their own in-house development team.

Summary: Overall, I am happy with the easy of this site and the knowledge I have a space when I leave for work.

Positive: Easy access to webpage to book parking, knowing in advance how much I have in my wallet and what it will cost per week to park.

Negative: Sometimes when I need to leave the garage, the Wi-Fi does not work, and I have issues.

Summary: Average- could be improved significantly but overall it does the job it sets out to do which is to allocate a space.

Positive: Allocated space meaning you are guaranteed a space and don't have to fight to find one in the mornings.

Negative: Not all spaces are suitable- on 2 occasions I was allocated a space which was flooded so I could not get out of my car, and on multiple occasions, despite listing my car as MEDIUM/ LARGE I still got allocated spaces that were too small.
