Summary: Wayleadr seems to be a well presented app with a focus on user experience and efficient parking management. Most of my colleagues love it too. I also like the parking reminder notifications!

Positive: The app is easy to book and easy to use. It has a clean platform and all information I require as soon as I log in. The app offers various helpful features, such as real-time parking availability updates, navigation to your reserved space, and the ability to report parking issues.

Negative: The only cons I have is that I can only book 2 weeks in advance. apart from that, I am happy!

Positive: The Wayleader app is a convenient way to book parking space at my organisation. Support is easily accessible and they have a great team who provide timely support if you ever encounter any issues.

Negative: The last system update I did encounter a few issues with the app, but the team were there to assist me and quickly resolve any issues.

Summary: This app has changed the way our office parking works for the better, before we had this, it was messy and confusing and caused a lot of frustrations with employees. We will never not use this app in the future.

Summary: My company has been using Wayleadr for our parking needs and it has been absolutely seamless in use. Easy to book, pay, enter and exit garages and reload my account. Highly recommended.

Positive: The system is very easy to setup and use as an end-user. App interface works well to open and close garage access points.

Negative: On occasion there is a Wi-Fi error, but this isn’t a problem of Wayleadr.

Summary: We are still rolling out the program, but I haven't had any issues and all questions are answered quickly. Online chat experience is great!

Positive: I love that I can reserve my parking spot up to two weeks in advance. This allows for guaranteed parking.

Negative: Sometimes there are no parking spots available….. but very seldom does this happen.

Positive: Ease of use and the fact of pre knowing i will have my charge space. The simplicity of using it on a weekly basis is perfect for my requirements as i can book when i remember during the week and Friday i have my update.

Positive: It is very easy to use, the web page is nicely laid out. The app also works perfectly, and again is easy to use. Also the support window is always available if you get stuck.

Negative: Cannot fault it, it's a very simple solution but it works! I think this depends on how it's set up, but instant confirmation of booking would be ideal.

Summary: Our office in a very busy part of the city. Luckily our office has their own garage, but limited spots. Wayleadr solves the problem by having the parking request done through an app, which can be done in advance or on the day of. The parking assignment takes on a few seconds. Parking can be a hassle, especially in the city, and this app alleviates the stress of parking in the city.

Have a notice every Friday that reminds to book a parking spot, which is very helpful reminder.
