The setup wizard will quickly get you up to speed. We'll set up your account for you by answering a few questions. When new cutomers sign up on your portal, you get an email. Customers also get an email when they sign up on your portal. You can send reminders to them automatically. You can create as many lists as you want. You can create lists based on age, date range or nothing at all. The default ranking is determined by the date they were added, but you can manually drag them up and down. Priorities should be set up that will bring certain customers to the top of the list. Customers can add themselves to your customer list online, check their status and then remove themselves. Your company colors can be incorporated into your portal. You can send reminder emails to customers and let them see their position on your waiting list. You can modify the content of the emails to control what information they see from the waiting list.
