Big mistake ordering. Cancelled. Date: Sep 03 2025
Summary: Had Voiply for one day. Voiply sucks. The dashboard is a mess. Inundated with ads they want to sell you or upgrade you for a cost. Not easily maneuvered. Misinformed of the features. AND to make it worse, the 30 day "seamless" return is only by paying for the return. So, no, I will not recommend.
Positive: Really can't think of any. Maybe the ordering online. But, all in all, its a fail. I can't think of anything right now that would convince me to place a good rating for voiply.com
Negative: Misinformed of the features offered with the residential service, then to find out that I would have to pay extra for features other voip companies offered as standard. The dashboard on their website is full of ads for you to buy additional features. Lots of clicks to get where you want to go.

Summary: Lousy, lousy, lousy service. All I got was the runaround from several AI "technicians". I think the reason they offer the low price is that they have robots doing everything.(Just my humble opinion)
Positive: Nothing to like if you can't get service. If it worked, it would have been a good product. Unfortunately, it only worked some of the time, and not for the past 4 days at all.
Negative: Have had problems for over a week and all I get to talk to is AI. Nothing has been done to fix the problem of not being able to send or receive phone calls. Many hours of wasted time with your 'technicians' -aka- AI without the issue being rectified. Was told to wait, wait, wait, do this do that repetitive times, and no call backs when I was told they would have someone contact me. This has been going on and on. I need a company that cares about customer service and quality. I am copying this message to post on reviews. I am sorely disappointed with Voiply. I really liked the service until I did not.
