Vocalys Reviews

Vocalys Description

Vocalys is an innovative Android application tailored for independent tradespeople and field-service experts who create customer quotes and invoices while on the job. Users can verbally dictate job specifics, assess a structured draft, and make adjustments to descriptions, quantities, prices, and taxes prior to finalizing. The app features the capability to scan supplier price tags, apply a selected profit margin, and incorporate materials into the quote seamlessly. Additionally, users can input customer information, business details, payment options, and deposit amounts, allowing them to share PDFs or send quotes for electronic signatures through AgoSign. Once quotes are accepted, they can effortlessly be transformed into invoices, and all documents can be organized and exported for accountant purposes. Certain functions, such as viewing and editing, can be performed offline, but features like dictation, scanning, syncing, sending, and obtaining remote signatures require internet access. The app also adjusts country settings to accommodate different document formats, currencies, and tax requirements. Designed specifically for professionals such as plumbers, electricians, landscapers, and service technicians, Vocalys aims to streamline the quoting and invoicing process for independent field workers, enhancing their productivity and efficiency. Ultimately, this app represents a significant advancement in the tools available to tradespeople for managing their business on the go.
