    Summary: 10 out of 10. Friendly and smart customer service. No issues at all. It’s just what I needed to save on costly home phone service. Thank you VoIP Much!!!!!

    Positive: Quality is great. Service is perfect. Support and customer service is in Canada. The price is super.

    If you pay for features and long distance. Why haven’t you switched yet? For under 10 bucks you have it all

    Negative: In my opinion, I have none. How can I say anything against when it’s all good!?

    Summary: The overall experience was crappy. Right now I wouldn't recommend anyone use them until they improve the service.

    Positive: The price and there are no contracts. Unfortunately there are no other benefits.

    Negative: With 4 outages in one month during the busy tax season is unacceptable service.
