Summary: The overall experience with Nerdwise has been exceptional. They have exceeded every expectation I had going into the relationship and I do not see that changing any time soon.

Positive: Prior to Nerdwise my sales team was lost in the dark with Prospecting. Lists were out of date, information was wrong, and choosing the correct target accounts was next to impossible. Nerdwise has made all of that a thing of the past and adding their messaging and email automation on top of that, it's a perfect solution.

Negative: I cannot think of a single thing wrong with the platform. I guess the only con is that we didn't start working with them sooner.

Summary: Really positive. Nerdwise’s method of sending personalized emails to appropriately titled and located office managers and/or event planners based on their LinkedIn profiles gets responses and led to multiple introductions, relationships, and ultimately catering sales. It’s a solid technology that has recipients believing that I, as owner, personally sought them out with hours of research on LinkedIn. I highly recommend Nerdwise.

Positive: I used Nerdwise to reach catering prospects I would not have otherwise been able to reach efficiently and effectively under typical avenues. Negative: Some contacts & their job titles & emails were dated.

Summary: Great overall experience, and their customer support team is also very helpful. We have weekly meetings to track progress and address any questions.

Positive: Ease of use is probably one of my favorite features. They also have a mobile app, you can download on your phone. You get notifications when a prospect is clicking on URL's and you can call immediately. Giving you the ability to connect fast.

Negative: I don't have any complaints right now, the program is running smoothly.

Summary: Extremely professional and responsive. Very pleased with their customer service. Wish we had started using them from the get-go.

Positive: Very professional. Amazing customer service. Literally handled my entire onboarding process; I didn't have to do anything. Very responsive. Very patient to answer my questions. They are very open to trying new things to optimize your ad spend.

Negative: Can't really think of any cons... I only wish I had started using them sooner.

Summary: It started with a great presentation that helped us feel confident they could help us, and then they did! Great people and a solid platform with key integrations and awesome customer service.

Positive: I love that their model is a combination of providing great expertise combined with a tech platform approach that delivers results and is transparent about the process and conversions.

Negative: I can't think of anything I don't like about Nerdwise. Great people and solid platforms.

Summary: I entrust them with my organic and paid social media campaigns and I've always had a good experience. Not only that, they are fun to work with!

Positive: I have partnered with Nerdwise for almost 2 years. I've always found their knowledge, attention to detail and commitment to maximizing my ROI to be impressive. Their customer service is second to none.

Negative: There's really nothing I dislike. There's a reason I've been working with them and have given them more business in the past two years.

Summary: Professional and well organized! Progress meetings are focused. Have made great progress so far. Would gladly provide reference for their results.

Positive: Patrick Baynes has built a phenomenal team at Nerdwise. Their method works! The Nerdwise customer success team are phenomenal. No question, Nerdwise is a phenomenal partner.

Summary: Nerdwise has excellent customer service and things just work! Our business is growing and time is limited. Nerdwise fits right into this by giving us the info we need exactly when we need it.

Positive: The software does exactly what it was designed to do, is intuitive and easy to use. The customer service is excellent! I will and have recommended them to other businesses like myself.

Negative: The product is still early in its lifecycle and they are making improvements all the time. I've not seen anything negative but it has improved in the time I've been using it.

Summary: Best in the business...we are very happy! Gives up the ability to focus on our clients and not digital marketing.

Positive: The relationship with Nerdwise has been absolutely fantastic. They are always there to answer a question or help craft a message. The partnership has been strategic and we are getting increased awareness, increased appointments, increased proposals and we hope to close our first piece of business related to Nerdwise this month.

Negative: The on-boarding seemed a bit rushed, but we worked through it.

Summary: Nerdwise does an incredible job of customizing a sales outreach plan that best fits your business needs. Their onboarding process was streamlined and their extended customer service team has been a pleasure to work with. The best part is that we're seeing the results with qualified leads coming in the door! I would definitely recommend using Nerdwise!

Summary: Perfect balance of solution value and cost. Nerdwise fits our growing business by keeping things simple for us, supporting us when we need help, suggesting strategies for making best use of new leads and is priced well for where we are.

Positive: Excellent process, strategy and execution. Also, great client interaction and support. Nerdwise is great in that they cut out the nonsense and noise we don't need in order to be successful. We collaborate to identify the right characteristics, design messaging and follow a trusted process. It just works and we cut to the chase.

Negative: I really don't have any negatives to share. The service is tight in that it is focused on what matters and removes the clutter and noise that could distract us. So far, every time I reach out for help or need some executive level attention... there is never an issue.

Summary: I'm happy that i switched from another digital marketing agency. Nerdwise give me more leads with lower cost.

Positive: They are professional & punctual and deliver what they say they will. they free up so much time for me & save my sanity with great lead gen.

Negative: I wish they could create some ad contents for me. :)
