Vinted is your place to find pre-loved clothing. 45 million members, thousands brands, and lots of second-hand fashion. Are you ready to join? Here's how it works. Get Vinted for free. Take photos of your item and describe it. Then, set your price. Your listing will be live when you click "Upload". You must sell your item. Follow the shipping instructions and ensure that you ship the item within five days. There are no selling fees so you can keep what you make. Once the buyer confirms that everything is OK, you will be paid. Browse millions of unique products, search thousands of brands, then find your favorites. Ask the seller questions and then click a button to buy. You can pay securely using PayPal, your Vinted Wallet, or a bank card. At checkout, you'll see the estimated delivery date for your item. We'll also let you know when it arrives in the mail. It will arrive in a few days.

    STAY AWAY - Filled with scammers!!

    Summary: Terrible experience, I was robbed for a lot of money and there is no human customer support, only a bot that keeps giving you the same answers.

    Positive: NONE it's a terrible app filled with scammers, there is no human customer support, only a bot that keeps giving you the same answers.

    Negative: If you care about your money and peace of mind don't ever use this app. It's filled with scammers and no human customer support whatsoever. So when you get blatantly robbed, Vinted bot takes the scammers' side and you lose your money and health.

    Poor customer service and unfair banning

    Summary: The sellers and buyers most are lovely to deal with except the odd few. But Vinted as a whole and the people who own/run it. Not up to date features I had 700 items and you have scroll down your page to find individual items to delete if sold elsewhere and it's like the people on customer service don't know how to talk to other humans or how to problem solve when you encounter a lot of problems on Vinted. They have banned be over something that shouldn't have caused it and I was a bug buyer and seller on there.

    Positive: Find some good things on there at some good prices and some lovely people you buy from and sell to.

    Negative: Poor customer service they just ignore problems and respond with generic crap and never resolve them.
    They're not fair in terms of banning accounts I listed an item they didn't like and I had over 200 5* reviews and they've banned my account permanently not even a warning.
    No room for reviews on unbanning and not very friendly either.

    Scammers

    Summary: Frustrating due to scammers on the site and Vinted customer service being non-existent. Expect to lose money, products, and for Vinted not to care.

    Positive: Easy platform to use so long as everything works out as expected. If not, you'll not be helped...Not bad for buyers but don't use if you're a seller.

    Negative: If you have a problem while using the site, don't expect them to want to help you. You can expect 0 personal help, and maybe the odd automatic email reply. They are the worst, ever!

    Absolutely the WORST site you can sell on!

    Summary: Hi, I’ve been selling online since I was 18, and I personally looked for this option to express how I feel about the site. I know Vinted isn’t new, so why is it so AWFUL?! I sell on 6 sites (not including this one.. I absolutely never counted this one) this one has been by a mile the absolute worse site I’ve ever been on in absolutely every single way possible. when I was 18, your site and customer support let me be scammed by a girl who sent me an empty package when I ordered 4 pairs of Lilly Shorts for $110, I obviously filed a charge back and won, deleted my account and didn’t return until a few months ago. NOTHING HAD CHANGED! My listings would be deleted for “duplicate listings” of either items I had never sold, or if I had 2 to sell, this happened at least 12 times. I had max 45 items. My OWN photos I spent a very long time taking to make perfect would be flagged as stock photos?! Can customer service really be that underpaid and not experienced they don’t know a stock photo from Bath and Body Works, to a photo a girl took nicely instead thrown onto her bed with bags of chips and nasty hair brushes shown? You’re making your own site look HORRIBLE by allowing sellers who have no shame, posting the most disgusting photos, then punishing the ones that care?! The final straw was I spent hours updating all my selling apps with my new photos. I’m so glad this was the last site I did (as always) as I had SO many more items to post, to make your site money from my PERSONAL collection (not no commercial selling or whatever your site said, or employees who again, that can’t tell a quarter from a dime, reported me for. I ordered Candles, your seller unlike myself took 6 days to ship, to have them arrived broken. What did your site do? You immediately cancelled the transaction, taking her money, refunding me before I even sent in any photos. What if I had been lying? Who does that? She was a loyal user. Your customer service reps asked me for my FULL card details (which I posted on every online group, online review site) for EVERYYYYYONE to see just a week ago, I absolutely did not give the Credit Card Fraud my full information, so they LITERALLY messaged me again asking, trying a second time. I have debated deleting my account since the first few weeks as for:
    #1: You absolutely cannot list anything without a 50/50 chance the people you have hired flagging it as a duplicate listing from someone else’s closet, or their own (so only one person can sell the same thing, at a time?!)
    #2: Absolutely no seller protection. I personally swapped information with the girl you scammed money from with the candles damaged in transit and refunded her, on YOUR behalf, since you don’t offer protection, you know, with the fees charged and everything.
    #3: 36 of my listings taken down after I updated my photos to look more nicely, well presentable, clear, buyable, I’m sorry, should I be like the rest of the site and throw the items down on a bed that had crumbs and chip bags in order to sell?
    #4: Your chat reps are attempting to STEAL credit/debit card information. Who needs somebody’s full card information in order to allow them to change their phone number?! Is this why that glitch has been around since I was 18?! (27 now) to literally steal people’s information from the unexpected thinking they’re safe on here? You ALL should be ashamed.

    I’m writing this not because I care, but because I cannot believe how low budget and non-caring your company and site TRULY is. Maybe.. just maybe if you invested in better employees, a little higher fees, better site budgeting to stop random bots from taking down stuff and flagging it, just possibly… more people would join, be able to sell.. and I’m return.. make more money for you? While you do nothing?! I’m sorry (I’m not since your rep attempted to commit card fraud) but this is by far a joke of an online selling site. There are groups that MOCK this place. I was dumb enough to give it a chance again. I’m so glad, your bots, or ignorant people flagged my stuff, because I have came close to deleting my account at least 15 times as it wasted my time uploading, changing, and bettering my selling items when I have 100000x better luck every where else selling. I sell on average 1-5 items a day on other sites/apps. It took me almost 3 months to make one sale. I am not at all upset at leaving this place, I am so so glad this happened so I can save time focusing on my other sites. I truly, sincerely appreciate this. ❤️

    Positive: Absolutely nothing. I mean, support will try to trick you into thinking they need your FULL card information in order to verify your phone number. Other than that nothing.

    Negative: Their isn’t one good thing about this site. Their customer support are scammers, the site flags items as “stock” unless you throw them down on a disgusting bed with other items in the way, full card number needs to be shown if you want to change your phone number, if you ship anything that breaks they immediately cancel the transaction and refund the buyer (I was the buyer, they offered my seller NO protection what so ever) they have bots or underpaid staff to “flag” people items that they have in their closet.

    Avoid at all cost

    Summary: Worst site I've ever dealt with 😞. Would not recommend this to anyone please save your money and spend it on a better company.

    Positive: Nothing absolutely waste of money and time please avoid go els where much better sites out there that don't want to rob you like this one.

    Negative: Vinted will not take no accountability if the items are lost and will still take your money and are not interested if you receive it or not, the buyers protection is the lord of nonsense what a wast of time as they don't want to help you with anything.
