Negative: NOTHING!! Its absolutely perfect. Only thin us that it cannot be used in some website and only be used in exclusive stores.

Summary: Vantage Circle has taken full responsibility as an intelligent one-stop solution as a Rewards and Recognition platform. The ease with which we can easily recognize valuable contributions by teammates is truly unmatched. It is as easy as searching for the teammates' name, choosing the award type (monetary or non-monetary), add a recognition badge and voila, the job is done.

Positive: The ease with which I can appreciate my colleagues and teammates for their valuable contributions.

I can send them vantage points, which the teammate can efficiently utilize per their needs.

The small token of appreciation goes a long way in establishing good positive vibes in the team.

Negative: Though Vantage Circle has a vast number of options regarding gift cards that can be generated by redeeming the vantage points, I think a few more options of actual physical gifts can also help.

Summary: Overall a very good application can get better in aspect of share credit coins between teammates and it would help if it remembers the transaction of credit coins.

Positive: Can easily search any employee around wipro. User friendly and easy to use. Have found many of my team mates over here and got in touch with each other again.

Negative: Haven't found any till now.
However its bit of a s struggle to get and give credit points to any team members and incase of getting its more problematic as major of the time cant get or send credit points as it always shows limit is full.

Summary: My overall experience using the Vantage circle is very good and i would definitely recommend this for every employee.

Positive: The user interface is customer friendly and there are multiple range of brand vouchers available which makes the points worthy.

Negative: The only suggestion i would recommend is to include many other brands as well just for ease of people using this.

Positive: The process of redeeming the gift card was extremely smooth. It took only a few minutes in the entire process and was very easy.

Summary: Some deals are good, end of the day it is all about money. We can try and can check the deals if any as we check deals in Amazon.

Positive: Having Amazon and Flipkart vouchers by this we can buy max things. Other deals also feeling very good.

Summary: The experience with Vantage Circle is very good and satisfactory. As there is no expiry for the points, we can redeem more at a time which is really a great exposure to purchase the product.

Positive: Multiple categories to select and redeem with. The best thing is there is no expiry on the points which we earned.

Negative: Few categories will get closed very soon; it will be helpful if we have that more to select.
