Positive: Application interface is very easy to use and it generates vouchers within 2-3 min and you will get the E voucher in your email. I like the app.

Negative: As of now i did not find any cons. Maybe i can use more and I will find the cons but as of now, no cons.

Positive: This helps to give feedback/ nominate to the employees who we doing well in the entire organization.

Negative: Nothing much to highlight on Cons as this is really helping people to do well.

Summary: Liked the experience. Definitely a go to site. It is very user friendly. A few more newer sites' options to redeem the points would be something that they can work on.

Negative: Cant convert points to cash. However converting it into cash defeats the whole purpose of the rewards. A few more options like "Urbanic clothing (online shopping site)" can be added to the list.

Summary: Overall its a good experience to use Vantage circle and i will refer this product to friends and family as well.

Positive: Vantage circle is good and easy to use. You can easily navigate and there are also lot of options to redeem.

Negative: The website is bit slow and closed suddenly and it was a not good experience.
