Positive: I am part of a Wipro organization since years and have been using Vantage points. This is an excellent way to reward corporate employees. Redemption of reward points is hassle free and we get huge number of options across categories such as fashion, electronics, food, entertainment etc. Also, it has tie-up with top rated websites such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc and we can also redeem it in small units such as 100, 300, 500 etc.
Moreover, we can also give recognition to employees, see the wall of fame which is dedicated to top achievers of organization and my current rank in organization which will motivate me to move up the ladder and get recognized by peers.

Negative: As compared to pros, there are very few cons which I have come across and which will need very slight improvement.

1) UI can be made more interactive by adding frames, slides, etc.

2) Sometimes there is a technical glitch with the website and causes issues while we are browsing through it however, undoubtedly, checkout process is very smooth.
