    It has everything you need for a call center

    Summary: Been using it for years in many different types of campaigns, but inbound and outbound. No complaints, it works great!

    Positive: Free, Full-featured, Expandable, Customizable, works with any carrier, agents can be located anywhere with good Internet.

    Negative: Agent screen needs a cosmetic update, but it works just fine.
