Horrendous - do not hire them for your building Date: May 10 2024
Summary: Hands down the worst possible website to apply for an apartment lease. It looks pretty but it's completely non-functional. There are tens of errors in the browser console. It took us 3 days to apply when they claim they make things faster. This is what happens when VCs back ideas with teams that have 0 execution prowess. I'm livid and annoyed - not how you want to feel when you're finding a new home.
Positive: Looks pretty and has integrations with many providers. It's online I guess.. and there's a chat option that gets you to a human relatively quickly.
Negative: Support is terrible. The first response from support is "reset your cache" and it never works. Support always says "building cancelled the lease request". The building is confused. I am confused.

Asks you for way too much information - banks, identity, payroll, etc. No, I'd rather not let you see my total bank balance when my payslips should be enough. -

Summary: Horrible. Support doesn’t help. There’s no resolution. Frustrating beyond measure. Couldn’t move into the complex I wanted
Positive: N/A.
Negative: This software is ridiculous. The support team doesn’t have a clue. I gave up on the complex I was most interested in bc of this site. 3 days, 3 devices, same issue. I followed the steps by support but when they didn’t work and I reached back out, crickets. It’s beyond frustrating that a software for applications can cost business money.
