If every user has the ability to decide what they share and with whom, you won't be able to accurately forecast closing ratios or forecasts. This will make it impossible for managers to predict growth. You won't get stuck and end up spending a lot if you start with a CRM that allows you to manage your roles from the top. Most CRMs do not offer this feature or hide them in the Enterprise editions.
