    Summary: We really like the fact that the platform makes it easier for employees to evaluate the quality of the service. UKG Workforce central makes the costs of covering recruitment sessions much lower, which is excellent for companies with a lot of temporary staff. If you plan to greatly reduce the costs that would be involved in managing processes to train staff or to generally optimize the outlook for work, UKG Workforce central is surely the most cost-effective option you can get.

    Positive: Working with all types of scenarios that require workforce augmentation is a reality with UKG Workforce central, especially if they are atypical scenarios that require a quick solution to work incidents.

    Negative: Controlling all the results involved in a workforce optimization process is quite complicated even with Workforce, although the software compensates for this by offering a much more assertive quality of feedback for each operation.
