Summary: It was pretty simple straightforward I believe it will work for me!! Certainly affordable. I look forward to the success I will have will just say that LOL.

Positive: Not quite sure how it’s going to end up. I just completed getting everything set up but still have a lot to do. It’s pretty simple however straightforward and easy to use if you have all of your ducks in a row. Affordable.

Negative: You have to do it yourself. We have to enter in all this information and answer all the questions and then make additional choices in the end. Everything is still really new so I’m not sure how it’s going to work for me.

Summary: Pleased with the website, i like the presentation and draft text set out when i started.
Good overall experience, happy to continue long term.

Positive: Easy to refresh colours and themes to create a super quick refresh without actually changing the website. good to configure once you understand how the editor function works.

Negative: Difficult to navigate the editor until you learn the layout logic, then it is good though.
Sometimes takes a while for support to get back to me.

Summary: With some improvement it could meet the need of business in various markets where booking appointments is important.

Positive: Affordable pricing.
Ease of access.
Awesome customer support and service.
Great website design templates to choose from.
Free listing on Google.

Negative: Hyperlink not accessible via mobile phone.
Can't attach external booking software or booking apps or integrate to website to sync booking calendar for those booking services.

Summary: You can't beat the price point... I's designed to work with businesses from various stages whether you're an upstart or have been in business for years.

Positive: I like how Ueni is always striving to improve the quality of service. I'm glad I chose them.

Negative: There was some confusion about how to utilize some of the services but they have made some improvements.

Summary: Does what it says on the tin! It gives you a basic website to get your business known & for potential customers to contact you as well as see what it is you do.

Positive: It gives you a basic website/ landing page, which is all I need. I'm not selling lots of products, so is good for me.

Negative: I don't like the fact its all on-line chats.
It took a while to set up my page, but that may have been the media i was using at the time.

Summary: I like UENI, they have grown significantly since I first created my website. I still feel as if they limit the creativity of the user though.

Positive: He website is easy to navigate when customizing the website.
They have a great customer service team.

Negative: Not enough customization options.
No HTML coding is available.

Summary: Generally very good value for money, especially in comparison to competitors. My previous website was so difficult to navigate and to make changes to that our new one is so time efficient.

Positive: Simplicity of the website, easy to edit simple updates / changes, straightforward to navigate. Live chat and instant support is very helpful too.

Negative: Limited colour schemes, for more in depth support it would have been easier to be able to speak to someone verbally.

Summary: I love this site and will never go to anyone else ever again. I would always recommend this product.

Positive: I like to interaction with the people working for UENI. I love the simplicity and all the designs I can choose from.

Negative: It's a bit pricey but I still pay for it because it's worth it.

Summary: It has worked well for our needs. Due to the lack of customizations it took a little longer to get things implemented, however once we did we are happy with our new site and the services provided along with it. Also the customer service team is very helpful and accommodating.

Positive: It has a lot of integrative features you would pay for separate on other platforms. Great customer service!

Negative: Needs more customization features and more freedom to change different aspects of your site.

Summary: Great basic but professional looking website which is easily edited for someone who knows absolutely nothing about websites!

Positive: The editor is very easy to use and customer service is very helpful. Excellent value for money with a few different templates and colour schemes.

Negative: The way it looks on mobile wasn't really what I wanted.

Summary: I have been impressed with the process so far. Simple effective. Well thought out. Looking forward to the end use and editing set up.

Positive: I have not seen the site yet but the process was painless. Plus made sense, the way it was thought out.

Negative: Not sure yet. I guess it could take a bad turn, being a virtual process. But I'm looking forward to it.

Summary: Great will be recommending. This is the second time I have used this company for my website and love it.

Positive: Fast service easy to follow, unlimited pictures and videos. Easy to use on my mobile phone. Definitely worth the money.

Negative: Colour range limited for fonts and styles. But I'm sure they will upgrade eventually.

Summary: Took a little longer than 3 days but I expected that. Still was built in a decent time. I will repurpose this site for my coaching business.

Positive: I am going to keep the service and the website and use it for my coaching business and not my Nonprofit.

Negative: My current website has better features. More interactive and visually more appealing.

Summary: I’ve had some difficulty with getting discounts. I tried getting credit one time in effort to change to an annual payment schedule but UENI would not budge. I am still paying UENI monthly!! TERRIBLE.

Positive: The customer service is good. But only when I can speak with someone over the phone. I am not a fan of not being able to speak with the people taking my money.

Negative: There aren’t live persons to talk to at a dial. I find it terrible that one cannot speak with a customer service representative at a dial. Any good company would not make it difficult for their clients to contact them over the phone.

Summary: I’m still figuring ok if I will be keeping this service or if I will be moving elsewhere.

Positive: I liked the idea of a flat rate for lifetime services.

Negative: I was under the impression that it was coming with my own .com, but it doesn’t.
