Positive: UENI staff did an amazing job designing and illustrating a website for my small business with very little info and very little to work with.

Negative: They did everything perfect. I can not complain about anything. Even where I did not give any info for them to use they came up with very professional and descriptive subject manner to fill the space.

Summary: For our tiny little business, this is an amazing way to get a web presence without having to shell out money every month to a larger web developer....absolutely perfect for us while we find out how successful we can be at the very beginning of our business journey!

Positive: The fixed price introductory pricing with lifetime web hosting and grown up features such as SSL certificates and Google Business Listing.

Negative: There are some inflexibilities in the website editor, but in the grand scheme of things, these are small concerns.

Summary: Great experience I had no worries what so ever and felt confident that my website would set in the advised time and it was and exactly to my liking.

Positive: The easy of getting everything set up, the great value for money and the excellent customer service.

Negative: Nothing really maybe automatic way to use you existing domain although it was easy to set up and lots of support to do so.

Summary: Easy set-up. Transparent subscription plans with no hidden fees. Customer service very helpful.

Positive: UENI is a sensible price but the features are outstanding. The templates and themes are clean and professional. I love that editing is easy, no coding necessary and the website is live and functional in a matter of minutes.

Negative: The only thing I don't like is the mobile view of the website. The pictures are cut off.

Summary: Five star service and was very impressed with everything undertaken on behalf of the company. Thank you.

Negative: I haven’t found anything wrong with this company at all.

Summary: Changed over to UENI from another provider and probably the best thing I’ve done for my business. Loads of help and advice and just the little extras that have improved the experience. Yes a little pricey but with what you get for that little extra it’s well worth it.

Positive: Ease of use, the review service is great pointed out new options in the look of my website. Help with finding my site on google search.

Negative: A little pricey compared to some. But worth it in my opinion.

Positive: Having someone else do the hard work to start off with is great, I’ve used other website builders but they all have hidden costs.
The one off lifetime purchase works great for me.

Negative: Lack of control over elements on page but that’s understandable as we are talking themes and at the price I paid it’s not a real issue.

Summary: Been very happy and looks so professional. I would recommend them as your start up website builder. I get a lot of great comments about how nice it looks.

Positive: I love the structure it’s also easy to navigate through. When I need assistance you can email and you will get a response usually within 24 hours.

Negative: Need immediate access to help instead of waiting to get assistance.

Summary: I asked UENI to open a site for me few years ago. I had an offer that time to get my personal domain. I have purchased it wrong time I believe, as Corvid-19 attacked the whole world. I stopped my practice for 2 years. Now as we back to normal, I needed to improve my site and add more pictures and buttons. Subscription is unaffordable to me at the moment. I'm very thankful for UENI staff. They rectified my concern and offered a fantastic opportunity to get a Lifetime service for a fix one off payment which was absolutely 💯 affordable.

Positive: UENI staff is incredibly helpful and supportive. They rectified my concern in hours and I'm all sorted with my subscription and can build up my business again.

Negative: The only one thing with with Lifetime subscription, I can't get my personal domain. But I don't think it will stop me to move forward.

Summary: Excellent job, fast delivery as promised I may just need to add few photos but apart of that everything is done very professional.

Positive: I just had my website created by UENI.

Positive: Know this… this will be the only service I’ll use for website. Super easy for beginners! How they cater to my many questions speaks volumes of how they care.

Negative: There aren’t any issues or cons. So far, I’m pleased with the product and looking forward to more work.

Negative: As expected there were a fair few questions to get it set up but I believed I only needed to answer a few so I didn't have all the information to hand and it wasn't clear if I could stop and save and return when I had gathered it.
