Summary: Love the concept, wish i knew more about how to approach website to edit. Also, need more comprehensive info on how to use my website emails.

Positive: Website - built logo - have domain name, domain emails; able to edit site (which i'm not sure how to do); helpful - lots of help on line - but not even knowing what questions to ask.

Negative: I'm not tech savvy enough to know what i need to do. unable to get into website emails.

Summary: It's the first time I have had to change the content on a web site so I have no comparisons. I would also much rather talk to a person directly when we have an issue as it is very time consuming and confusing when you are trying to explain a problem and trying to work out what needs to be done even if the person on the 'other end' is trying to help us out.

Positive: The customer service is prompt and has been helpful when we had difficulties in moving images around in the gallery.
The web page looks clean and bright.

Negative: It would be better if there were more choice of templates.
It would be good if there were better options for manipulating the images. It has been quite frustrating and time consuming when we have wanted to reorder the images in the different sections like the gallery.
It would also be better for us to have more images allowed within the different sections so that customers could see more products/ types/ styles.
It is rather frustrating that there are not enough icons available in the latest news and events section. It barely gives us the opportunity to say much at all.

Summary: I am not at all happy and still waiting on a response and a resolution to the many serious issues I’ve been experiencing.

Positive: The cost - which turns out IS too good to be true! Sadly- I don’t have anything good to say while my website is losing money and giving me an unprofessional appearance, and this has been going on for over a month and UENI still hasn’t fixed the issues! People cannot pay on my site because of a glitch in their system among other issues that they assured me would be taken care of and they are not!

Negative: Everything else!
Not being able to talk to support on the phone! Losing money because my customers can’t pay online, and I’m still waiting for you to fix it! Pay pal isn’t correctly linked because not all my customers show up on my website. I have had ongoing problems and they are still not fixed and I was supposed to receive a phone call today concerning this and I have not heard back. It would be comical except IT IS COSTING ME MONEY And it looks totally unprofessional! And no one is bothering to do anything about it!

Summary: Unfortunately, if I had it to do over again, I would not consider UENI as an option. The price for the website was what prompted my decision to purchase.

Positive: Ease of information input. Just answer the presented questions and the site is built based on your responses.

Negative: Pictures did not represent our service. The domain name is different from my original domain name (does not match printed materials). Redundancy of the verbiage of what we do. Double billing from UENI website. (Over a week and still not corrected). The offer states complete in three days, did not happen. It took 4.5 days with no explanation as to why.

Summary: I have not done anything with the website at this point, as I've not had enough time, but I hope there will be a way to change where the site refers to my practice as "our" and "we"! I am a sole practitioner.

Positive: It seemed simple enough at the beginning. So, I am supposed to use at least 100 characters minimum in order to submit this review; however, I do not have enough positive things to say in order to meet the minimum requirement.

Negative: The initial price of $79 pay one time only, sounded too good to be true, as I was surprised to find out I would need a domain name in order to do anything with the website and the cost of that was a surprise. If I'd know about the domain name and how much more it would cost, before going through the entire process of answering the questions for the site, I may have still gone ahead with it, or I may not have, at least I would have felt as though it was clear to me from the start.
