    Summary: A robust application which can be used to boost customer relationship management very easily and it is one of the best SMS managing and tracking applications available in the market.

    Positive: It is easy to set up, use and manage the application including giving out replies and responses to each text. You can easily keep in touch with customers and other users.

    Summary: Overall, compared to the other service providers, TrueDialog offers good SMS service. I've even recommended this to our client companies!

    Positive: * The user interface is easy to understand and helps with using most of the features to their fullest. Their live training session helped me get up and running quickly. Great product and service overall.
