The billing process remains functional even during internet outages, as transactions are queued on the device and synchronize automatically once connectivity is restored, allowing for the handling of split payments and commission distributions among employees involved in the service. Each financial activity, including sales, expenses, employee advances, salaries, and bank transactions, is recorded in a customizable chart of accounts, ensuring that key financial reports like the Trial Balance, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and aging reports are continuously updated throughout the day. At the end of each day, a reconciliation process is performed to balance the cash drawer and secure the day's transactions. Employees can clock in using various methods such as face recognition, passcodes, or biometric devices; the payroll system efficiently manages all aspects of compensation, including base pay, commissions, tips, overtime, advances, and loan recoveries while also generating payslips for staff.
