    Summary: Me and my team have been using this product for 5 years now. We loved how easy it is to use, and how cheap it was compared to the other competitors in the market. At first we were hesitant because we felt that since it was significantly priced less than its competitors that it would be lacking in quality, but too our surprise we found that the website was a more than able to compete with Jama and other softwares in terms of features. We also love the customer support, always fast responses and they have even gone so far as to add features to the website at our request. Couldn't recommend more, 5 Stars!

    The new UI update has made it much more easy to use, it looks like the pictures on this website are still outdated.

    Negative: It was confusing to us when we first started using the product, but the people at TraceCloud gave us several demos to walk us through the product.
