TownController, a web-based software application that streamlines applications, permits, building inspections and planning, is available. All in one, you can schedule meetings, manage meeting minutes, post minutes to the public-facing website of your municipality, and even upload approved minutes. The citizen access portal allows citizens (public) to submit, manage, and even pay online for their applications. Sharenology's TownControllerTM software allows municipalities to track, automate, report, and track applications, permits, board meetings and building inspections. All of your application data in municipal format can be saved as PDFs. They can also be securely backed up to any location you choose, including your existing server via FTP, or to various cloud storage providers such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and others. Municipalities can access their data and download it whenever they want.
