Slate allows you to create rich, intuitive editors such as those in Medium, Dropbox Paper, or Google Docs without having to worry about your codebase getting too complicated. Because all of its logic can be implemented with a series plugins, you don't have to worry about what is in "core". It can be thought of as a pluggable implementation for contenteditable built on top React. It was inspired by libraries such as Draft.js and Prosemirror. Slate is currently in beta. This option can be passed jQuery Object or HTML Element, or Selector String. simditor.css uses Sass to compile from the '.scss" source file. Simditor's style can be changed by changing simditor.scss to reproduce the CSS file. The layout style for the textarea is.editor.style.     Summary: Words CS experience ever. Surprised that they stay in business. Software started out OK but quickly realized that it couldn't match the scale we needed. Tried to work with the team but they were unhelpful.
