Negative: No, I never faced any issue. I highly suggest this.

Summary: Overall, the product is good. There are some tricks or lessons that I need to learn on my own. I would like to have a manual on paper (I am old school!) with an index to find things I need to correct instead of calling in. Abraham in Customer Service is always friendly and willing to teach and assists me with no complaints!

Positive: Love that I can call with a question and it is answered quickly. I always appreciate speaking with Abraham because he always takes the time to explain to me in more detail how the error was made. I learn something new from him each time I call. He is always personable and professional and I never feel rushed. Very impressed from the beginning with their customer service.

Negative: There are no issues with the software. I just need to take more time to learn all of the tools.

Summary: Overall, TIMESHEETS.COM is great software. I really loved the ease of activation and managing every expense. The interface is very streamlined gave a smooth experience.

Positive: It is a precise and reliable time and expense tracking software for employers. Its dashboard has provides great insights and reports. It was very easy to register any bill and the digital receipt on its expenses calculator.

Negative: Nothing so far. We liked this tool and recommend it.

Summary: It's a vital tool for every small or mid business to keep their employee working effectively. The user interface is very very easy to understand and navigate. We loved this tool.

Positive: TIMESHEETS helps to enhance productivity in employees. It gives vital information to an admin to track employees and check what the employee is doing in realtime. My favorite thing about this tool is it's setup process, within a few seconds it's ready to go.

Negative: I would more happy if they add custom and according to time reports.

Negative: Expenses capture and tax calculator is not so effective.

Summary: Raya's client service was great!! She took the time to explain what, why, and how.

Positive: She took the time to help me learn how to better use Timesheets!

Negative: A little complex navigating but Raua explained it well.

Negative: no cons nothing more to add here other than please dont require minimum characters if the customer can give feedback using less than that.

Summary: Chat went very well and the Report function of timesheets was great to pull the information I needed.

Positive: The fact that the option to filter one or more employees income based on any specific date.

Negative: I found it difficult to find the tool that I needed within the Reports section based on the vague description provided.

Summary: Called today and the tech picked up the phone on the first ring, had the exact answer to my question and the question resolved. We use Timesheets to track all of our IT technicians, billable and non billable work. We also print reports from the program to send out with our invoices.

Positive: The product always works and tech support has been very responsive.
Easy to set up and and use. A lot of flexibility. The price is very reasonable.

Negative: I really can't think of any CONS for our business. It's all PROS! Great Job!!

Summary: Great experience overall. Their customer service is great. Training was great. And follow through after signing up is great.

Positive: Everyone you talk to really want to provide you a quality service. For example, I just got off the phone with Abraham about renewal. I was simply trying to update my credit card info, and Abraham noticed he could save me money by changing the type of account I had set up. Who does that? When you deal with honest people like that, it is truly a blessing. They simply want to offer a good product at a reasonable price. Very very impressed.

Negative: None that I can really think of at this time. I have never had a negative experience with anyone in this company. Every time I have called, it has always been positive.

Summary: Coming from a different provider this system is intuitive and doesn't require workaround for ease of use. The support is also excellent and there is someone who is knowledgeable to help you with a usually no hold time.

Positive: Marius saved my morning by being courteous patient and helpful!

He helped me see the ease in using reports in Timesheets to help me close my pay period.

The quantity of the report filters are not sufficient

Summary: The team at teamsheets.com were great in explaining the product and walking us through step by step how to use it. It is so user friendly, and our employees love it!

Positive: Easy to use, and saving our company money. We used timecards before and employees would clock each other in and out......we were losing money. This keeps the employees honest and we don't have to buy cards and keep up and total everything. It has been a game changer for us.

Negative: The only con I have is that I didn't know about this until now. Could have saved us thousands.
