Timetap organizes and schedules group activities Date: Apr 10 2021
Summary: Although we do not have sections of organization of schedules and task guidelines for specific areas or employees, objectively we find the application quite timely to plan schedules and clarify the activities on each date, detailing exact times and places for the sole use of the directive. In addition, it is ideal for organizing group activities within our company.
Positive: TimeTap has offered us an excellent alternative in commitment accuracy and occupations. It also has an internal format for creating work schedules and daily chronologies where we can specify group activities. It has also streamlined the management of commitments to the board for meetings or important activities by creating a private schedule.
Negative: We believe that the application should improve its schedule creation section for employees, since it does not have options to create itineraries of activities for employees or specific work areas. It works in a general way, and for companies that have different areas with different tasks from each other, we do not find the application sufficiently convenient.

Summary: Objectively speaking, and avoiding the error of personalized and specific management for a department or employee, the program is perfect for scheduling work activities, scheduling appointments with clients, specifying payroll days. In addition to offering clear notifications so that we do not miss any commitment.
Positive: TimeTap as a program has given us an extra tool to specify and not miss all the tasks that our company has without leaving any of them aside. It has the option to create a program schedule of activities and various commitments that an organization needs to meet in real time and can be shared with any device that has the program.
Negative: As a flaw we find that the application does not offer options for gestures and staff planning in a specific way that stems from the directive; The details of itineraries expressed in the schedules that are programmed are in general matter. Therefore, it is not possible to manage a personalized planning to a specific department or employee.

Positive: TimeTap is a tool that offers a permanent contact with a company's customers, through notifications via messages and calls that are previously determined, that can be customized by means of a set schedule and that communicates with those customers to be always present for their needs.
Negative: It is an application that provides access tools to shared customer databases of different companies with information about them. However, sometimes the data provided are not enough for an optimal reception of the message due to lack of contact information such as email or phone number.
