Positive: For tracking the screen usage, this application is ace. It tracks the websites visits, open screen, etc and provide screenshots with preset time limits. It helps the management to track the same. It helps in taking attendance. Its systematic reports with log is quite good.

Negative: Few log maintained has a difference of time. Due to sync issues. There is sometimes delay in responding of commands, else goes well.

Summary: Time Doctor is basically a reliable time tracker tool for employers to track their staff time and alert them when they are working slow.
Overall, the time tracking and integration with Asana is a great addition to its feature.

The features I liked and used are:

Negative: In a few cases, the alert features doesn't respond to the command.

Summary: Amazing! Employee tracking tool. We are extensively using this solution to track our inbound employees. It helps our team to work efficiently as compared to before. Employee insights are very useful.

Positive: Some effective features which I like most are,

Negative: It does it's time tracking job very well. I am happy with Time Doctor.

Summary: The overall experience is excellent, and happy to have time doctor installed for monitoring the team activity and is very helpful to know the leave details and work activity.

As informed under Cons, the only disadvantage is bounced back of inactivity time, as when we have the team call, and even though the team is in a call, it displays as inactivity and almost loses their work time.

Positive: 1. Time Doctor provides an excellent option to monitor the team activity by providing a hassle-free atmosphere of tracking the team's screen activity while working from home.
2. It provides an option to view complete team activity within a single consolidated email, displaying the work hours from each team member.
3. The consolidated monthly report generated helps in easy salary calculation with less effort.
4. Time Doctor has an integration option with other management tools making it more user-friendly in assigning the tasks to the team at the fingertips.
5. Time doctor helps the managers to know the availability of the individual teammate and during which time the individual was active.

Negative: It is the most disappointing factor – most teammates complain of the inactivity timer, which almost makes their time bounce back to nearly 15 min to 30 mins before.

Summary: My overall experience has been very positive, I've been with Time Doctor for a few years now and have never had any issues at all.
I'm a happy customer and will continue to be for many more years.

Positive: The interface is very user friendly, easy to navigate and I can extract all my reports come the end of the month from one place.
I can add multiple tasks on the tracker so that it's easy to see how much time has been spent on individual tasks. This has been especially helpful for my team.

Negative: There's nothing really about the system that I do not like, I've never thought that any aspect could be improved.

Negative: I wish that when I created a project report it would do an overall total for all of the hours worked in the projects so I didn't have to add them up manually.

It helps us analyse individually the team mates how much time they are dedicating on different applications and products. It used to to notify the administrator if any of the team member is spending more time than the threshold limit on any social media sites. It has inbuilt attendance tracking feature, which keep track of the in and out time of the employees. It is used to create daily time spent report which employee can themselves check ok and can correct themselves to increase their performance and efficiency.

Positive: Time Doctor is exceptionally good - time management and activity tracker platform. It help us analyse and breakdown the whole working hours into small and different activity based segments. The activity tracker features ensure maximum efficiency and performance from the team mates and ensures working hour is dedicated to work only.

Negative: It's a great tool to enhance the time management skill of the employees and activity tracker for the organization. No Cons.

Summary: The performance of the employees improved when monitoring with this platform, I have managed to obtain more productivity with all my employees and they have been able to adapt very well to their work schedule, thus obtaining very few delays or inconveniences during working hours . For me, discipline and ethics are important and if I can maintain good efficiency within the company so that it can grow, then I would do everything possible and this platform has provided me with a good solution.

I obtained a complete report of the working time of each employee, including mine. Positive: This platform has given me complete monitoring, although it lacks certain features it is still useful for any company that needs to improve work performance, so I will mention the positive points that are most useful to me when I am using this platform:

+ It allows multiple windows of all the computers that are being monitored within my company, this was very useful to be able to have a quick perspective of who is doing their work and who is not, although I have a problem with this function, it is still a good one characteristic.

+ I can see in real time everything my employees are doing, as well as record in order to have support in case there is an inconvenience due to lack of work activity. I can have those recordings both in Time Doctor and download them to my computer so I have the recordings available at all times.

+ It works even if there is no internet connection, this is very useful because I can make sure that every minute that passes during working hours is recorded in case of some mishap with the internet connection, it has happened to me several times in which the connection and Time Doctor was intact.

+ It is very easy to navigate, it can seem like a very overwhelming platform with its tools taking up a large part of the user monitoring panel, however, it is easy to adapt to locating where your tools are and using them at any given time. Its interface needs to be polished a bit, but that would remain a negative aspect that I will write about later.

+ Time Doctor notifies me when an inactivity occurs by a user who is not doing anything at all. This is very useful in case you cannot have the view of all the screens in case there are many employees to monitor. In addition, this platform detects when there are patterns, thus being able to detect fraud when an employee applies software to deceive the system.

+ Generates very complete reports of all the activity of all the users that are being monitored, this is very useful for the human resources department when they are evaluating the performance of the employees and thus apply a correction or simply discard said employee who does not comply with business hours.

Negative: - My computer slows down when I'm looking at multiple desktops at once, it seems like this isn't very optimized or it just consumes a lot of resources. I had not anticipated this, so it makes the process of supervising my employees more tedious since I have to do it one by one or when I detect inactivity.

- Tech support response time is a bit slow, if you deliver good solutions, but it takes time to get immediate solutions. This causes loss of time when you want to achieve a complete monitoring job and it is interrupted by some failure, so if you could improve the response speed it would be fine for me.

- The dashboard should improve its interface, it is very complete and I like that it has all the features available without so many clicks. However, I prefer a cleaner and simpler user interface to just focus on monitoring my employees without so many features on top of it is more practical, at least for me it is.

- It would be nice if a break could be taken, for example, to go to the bathroom without the counter adding minutes of inactivity. I have had complaints from employees about this problem since their activity time has stopped when they have had to go to the bathroom. bathroom and it has seen a negative impact on their working hours. This would be useful as you would not have to do an intense inspection on what happened while the computer was idle but just receive a notification when an employee needs a few minutes to do their business without harming you.

- Apparently a little expensive, if it weren't for the fact that I have to maintain productivity within my company using monitoring, I would not have paid for the services of this platform since the return on investment is somewhat neutral, productivity practically compensates for the price but not increase the income of my company.

- The Chrome extension is not very useful and also sometimes it does not update automatically, which on computers with few resources is a nuisance because for me the extension was a solution, but apparently it has its drawbacks.

Summary: Time Doctor helps me track the real time of an employee and also allows verification of it, thus being able to know if I wasted time on distractions or if they just did their job. I have been able to record every action that each employee does, but the best thing is that I don't always do that, but it is already programmed in this software because it was designed to work automatically without much human interaction but when required.

I have also been able to have a good return by having the time in which the employees have worked, thus knowing how many hours they have worked and thus making their respective payments according to their work hours. Before I had losses because the employees did not fulfill their tasks, however, with their schedule and that seemed strange to me, now I can have more control with my finances by paying only for what is being worked on, which is demonstrable with this software.

I was also able to work collaboratively when I had to manage a large number of employees, thanks to this and the automatic work that this platform has, I can cover practically all the company's employees regarding whether they have fulfilled their tasks as well as their schedules. of work and hours of rest. There is nothing that Time Doctor lacks compared to other time tracking software, I have done an intensive analysis comparing other software and I have concluded that this one is more complete in relation to the costs of the plans they offer.

2.- One of the features that caught my attention about this software and that made me choose it as a time tracking platform at work is that I can track the time usage of each employee of the company without even requiring a connection. to Internet. Many softwares, in most cases today, all have to be exclusively connected to the Internet and that hinders the ability to use said software in case you do not have a connection. With Time Doctor it has not been like that since it is configured locally and I can include within the configuration to be able to manage it from another device through the internet in case it is required.

3.- It integrates very well with project collaboration software as in the case of Trello, allowing this to have better monitoring when we want to know if the employees are carrying out their assigned tasks of a project and thus meet the deadlines proposed by the client. . It improves productivity to be able to track time within the company when I can integrate platforms and thus be more informed about what my employees are doing.

4.- I can create a screenshot of the employee whom I am tracking regardless of the number of screens open, managing the time tracking of other employees. It is very useful to be able to do this when I need to save evidence of something that I want to notify the employee of what he is doing wrong to correct him. In general, most people use windows cutouts, use the "Print Screen" of the keyboard or use some other external software, which is not very useful when you have many windows open so it is better to do it directly within Time Doctor and save automatically.

5.- It is very difficult to fool this software, before being able to implement it within the company. Time Doctor detects if an employee is really not being productive and analyzes each movement that the user makes on the computer, it can detect patterns in case an employee is cheating and immediately notifies me so that I can be alert. It also notifies me when a user is taking a break longer than they should when no action is taking place or alerts me when they use disallowed software or browse distracting sites during business hours.

Negative: 1.- I have problems with some software that I use on the company's computers. This software seems to use the same function that Time Doctor uses and it seems to intervene in employee monitoring. This has had several consequences with the employees because it seems that they were not doing anything during their working hours when they were not, but this platform was interrupted by other software, thus having to overlook many uncomfortable situations of confusion.

2.- I would like the control panel to be simpler, thus being able to view only the necessary functions to carry out a daily follow-up or I would like to have the ability to modify the functions of the different sections of this platform to be able to choose what I want to leave and what I want to remove to make monitoring work easier. In addition, I also wish that it could have a dark mode so as not to tire my eyes when I am tracking an employee, lately any platform / application / software allows that function and it seems that Time Doctor is lagging behind in that option.

3.- I honestly don't understand why on several occasions the mobile application closes or crashes, making this waste my time when I want to perform live monitoring of employees. It seems that the Time Doctor team is not serious about improving the performance of the mobile application knowing that nowadays almost everyone has a smartphone and does many things on it, including work. So a positive point if they improve that aspect.

4.- The technical support is a bit slow in responding to any questions or inconveniences, at one point it took up to three days to be able to take my ticket and attend to my message which required help in a configuration, this delayed my work a lot company and I couldn't monitor well during those days trying to solve the problem by myself.
