Tilapia WHMIS Description
Tilapia's WHMIS tool allows you to create and print WHMIS-compliant labels.
All employers in Canada must comply with WHMIS. It is enforced by the provincial and territorial health and safety governments, and in some cases by the federal Labour Program. A health and safety inspection (or audit) is a way to verify that workers have all the safety information they need and know how to safely handle hazardous products in their workplace.
GHS, or Globally Harmonized System is a global standard that aims to keep workplace hazardous material information and classifications consistent between countries. In 2015, elements of the GHS standard were added to Canada's Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS).
