    Great small business management software

    Summary: Thryv provides a one stop shop for many small businesses to manage multiple features on one dashboard.

    Positive: Thryv has a user friendly dashboard for billing, marketing and managing social media. They also have additional features that we did not utilize.

    Negative: For our company it was a high price investment, since we didn't utilize all the features.

    Thryv keeps our small business organized and functional!

    Summary: This software provides the advantage of scheduling online Facebook and Instagram posts within it, which is fantastic for advertising on social media and spreading your name. I have found none better, but for a higher price.

    Positive: Thryv's feature of automatic appointment scheduling eliminates the need for me to check my schedule to see if I am available. I also like that I can send mass communications with just one click. Thryv makes advertising and marketing my business so easy.

    Negative: Posting to social media platforms has limitations - I can only post to a few when I have several. Sometimes it is a little slow because of my internet provider.

    Summary: Overall, I like that it emphasizes CRM, marketing automation, invoicing, and it connects users' customer information into a centralized location.

    Positive: It is easy to use the automation feature with Thryv, and I like that everything is centralized in one place. Also, I like the fact that everything is centrally managed.

    Negative: It is, however, overwhelming and confusing to use at first with so many features available. I found that it does many things well, but I had to find specialized software for more niche needs.
