Negative: Some widgets/cards offered from other providers missing. That's not to say TF has a limited offering at all. Just slightly different.

Summary: Excellent. Will recommend to others. The customer care is unmatched and Jasper has helped us learn the software.

Positive: Amazing costumer care. We have loved working with our rep Jasper. He is very helpful and create to help us find solutions for our site.

Negative: We wish there was more customization. The cards set up can make this challenging.

Summary: Tech Support was so helpful with our migration. They were very complete with their planning and were there every step of the way.
They continued to be there as we worked out a few small post migration issues. Thank you!

Positive: This is a great tool to help get news out across the company, organize employees, and just documentation in general.
I am more in a support role and do not utilize all the functions that it provides.

Negative: I do not have anything bad to say about ThoughtFarmer. We just recently migrated our site to the cloud so still learning ins and outs on it

Summary: Over all the experience of using ThoughtFarmer is great. Great tools and cards. Plenty of customizations. Great support.

Positive: ThoughtFarmer has a great team always ready to help. I cant say enough about the quality of support we get from ThoughtFarmer.

Negative: Honestly, not many to even make me think about issues. In the past 3 + years I haven't complained.

Summary: We has less than 3 months to implement and the implementation team was fantastic. Once we figured out how things worked, it was easy to build out the site and update. We are now working on some new things and our customer success manager is fantastic to work with on this. They are continuing to bring out new cards to make our process easier.

Positive: The ease of use and the customer support are fantastic. They listen to your comments and work on enhancements based on our feedback.

Negative: The tables and Rich Text cards do not allow for as much customization as we would like, but the team is always there to listen and provide suggestions and ideas.
