The number of hours that are "pledged" for a committee or event is set by the chair. Sign-ups earn volunteers "pledged hours". Chairs have the ability to adjust individual volunteer hours. After the event, volunteers receive "worked hours" (Pledged + Ajusted). Volunteer hours can be added to family totals by the Admin. Chairs decide the event date and/or committee. Volunteers can sync events with Outlook/iCal calendars.
