Summary: Customer service was not helpful. I tried to cancel and they would not refund me, even though I never used the service. POOR MANAGEMENT practices.

Positive: NOTHING. I never used the services. It was the first one to pop up, when I found another company they would not refund me. POOR DECISION!
DO NOT SUPPORT THEM plenty of companies out there.

Negative: I signed up, but found another program that was easier and cheaper. I tried canceling, within a day or two, never sending 1 text and I was told that I could not cancel. I will be losing my $200. The excuse was that they use a 3rd party for all transactions and they don't give refunds. I find this policy horrible and unfair. I don't recommend this company to anyone, KEEP SEARCHING. They should run a fair and honest business, They don't, DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.

Summary: Like I said, we're happy enough to continue to use them.

Positive: I've been with Texting Base for 4 years. If I ever had an issue, they've made it right. Their customer service keeps me as a client. I've had several emergencies, that were my fault but they've handle it, even late at night.

Negative: There are cheaper services but I feel there is loss in customer service with others that make this company worth continuing doing business with. I wish they had a one time payment option in addition to the subscription. Offer a worthwhile discount with a subscription to make it worth it, but also be able to pay without subscribing. I use the service 8 months out of the year. If they had this option my review could be stronger.
