The software offers basic accounting services, and allows you to store all your important information in one place. This includes rent, commissions and utilities. You can generate rental and financial reposts when you need them, and automatic service reminders help you schedule things like maintenance or walkthroughs.

    Summary: Overall it is the best option for small landlords on the market right now.

    Positive: I manage few units and this program works great for me. It's quite easy to use, and when you learn how to operate it, you can learn how to save money with it.
