DwellTrack Description
Dwelltrack is an innovative property management application tailored for landlords seeking to move away from traditional spreadsheets. Developed by a group of software engineers who are also landlords, Dwelltrack features an exceptional automatic detection and logging system for Interac e-Transfer payments—tracking rent as it arrives and eliminating the need for manual data entry, thus providing landlords with an immediate and precise overview of payment statuses.
Unlike various property management solutions that cater primarily to the payment systems used in the U.S. (such as ACH and PAD), Dwelltrack is specifically structured to accommodate the payment practices of Canadian landlords and tenants. In addition to its payment tracking capabilities, Dwelltrack facilitates essential property and tenant management processes, with new features continuously under development.
This app is ideal for landlords overseeing anywhere from a few rental units to an expanding property portfolio who desire reduced administrative tasks and enhanced insight into their rental revenue. Furthermore, Dwelltrack aims to streamline the management experience, making it easier for landlords to focus on their properties rather than paperwork.

An Easy 5 stars Date: Jul 19 2026
Summary: Overall, my experience is very positive, I will continue to use Dwelltrack. I may start managing a second unit, in which case I will subscribe to add the second unit in the same portfolio. all of my units in one place
Positive: It has everything a landlord needs to manage his property at ease. the amount of features is impressive, what is more impressive is that they come for free
Negative: So for so good. I had a hard time setting the email forwarding rule, but my son helped me with that, I guess it is something out of their hand!
