It captures orders from various platforms such as Gmail, Outlook, IMAP mailboxes, Telegram, WhatsApp Business, and Viber, interpreting the messages and their attachments collectively as a single order, which can include text-layer PDFs, scanned documents, Excel spreadsheets, images, and handwritten notes. Each line of the order is cross-referenced with your product catalog and customer database in multiple languages, receiving a score based on its accuracy. Orders scoring 85% and above are automatically processed, those between 60% and 85% are flagged for confirmation, and any scoring below that threshold is held for manual review to ensure accuracy. Once approved, the orders are seamlessly transmitted to your integrated ERP or CRM system. Furthermore, the system eliminates the need to maintain per-customer templates, ensuring that alterations in document formats do not disrupt the extraction process, and corrections made by your team enhance the accuracy of future orders from that specific customer.
