All family members can access Tadpoles®, whether they use our family app, email, or text. Tadpoles®, uses email as its primary communication medium. Families can share videos, photos, and communicate with staff members directly from their email account. Tadpoles®, which allow secure sharing between providers and families, has been designed to ensure that all data and information about children is protected. Tadpoles® was created in collaboration with caregivers. This allows caregivers to spend more time with their children and less on filling out daily reports, lesson plans, attendance, and filling out daily reports.
