    Summary: False promises by sales that the report builder would be released in 2023 q1 which never happened, issues with figures consistently needing developer intervention, messy install resulting in loss of business.

    Positive: Simple user interface and user experience, hardware agnostic, cloud-based and cost effective pricing.

    Negative: Incorrect figures.
    Lack of accountability from tissl team.
    Lack of features.
    False promises.
