    Printing ticket

    Summary: I desperately need help retrieving and printing my purchased ticket.

    Positive: I haven't found any yet.

    Negative: I could not print my ticket after purchase with my Android cell phone. If I try to forward the ticket to myself I only get a link to your website, not an attachment. I also did not get an option to register with the website so I have no way to retrieve the ticket on my home computer. The bar code does not show on my mobile phone so I am panicking worried I have just wasted over $200. What is the fix for this? There are no links for online help or phone numbers for assistance. Your website is definitely lacking adequate sophistication to help its customers.
