I'm leaving a review now, because there was a technical error that was causing a small transaction not to sync. Clarissa was proactive enough to email me not just once, but to also follow up again with instructions how to resolve. I was confused as to how to accomplish so I spoke to Khalifa on their instant chat and even though it was a very specific problem with a very specific solution, we were able to figure it out together with patience. Thank you so much for the great app and the even greater customer service!

Negative: Cost deterred me at first, but it's worth the money!

Summary: We love Synder! We have a small business that holds a lot of daily transactions and syncing them with Quickbooks would be a nightmare manually. Synder has made the automation process smooth and their support team is always available to answer questions. George met with us recently due to a payment processor switch and quickly helped us set up everything just like it was before!

Positive: Migrates your Stripe data to Quickbooks QUICK! There's no other products that I've found that can accomplish these complex transactions.

Negative: None that I've found yet! The UI takes some getting used to, but overall, once you navigate for a couple hours you'll have the hang of it!

Summary: Great experience to getting me taken care of and getting our company set up with QBO automation! Highly recommend this product for the customer service and value as it saves us so much time (once set up).

Summary: Can't fault the quality of service. It is the second time I contacted Synder and as always their support team has been great.

Positive: I had a Zoom Meeting with George Bylin today. For some reason, eBay and Synder integration broke down, and data from eBay was missing. George took the time to understand my concerns patiently. George went through all the checks step by step to make sure our integration was correct, and there were no issues.

Once that was established, George showed me how to sync the missing transactions and stayed online will Sync started working.

Really impressed with the great support given by George, and I wish him all the best.

Positive: Automation, accuracy of data detail import, rollback feature, rule configuration for transactions, transaction-by-transactions import.

Negative: Synder is an application that takes time to configure.

Summary: Highly recommend this integration to anyone who is looking to sync their transactions to QB from Stripe, PayPal and WooCommerce. Saves me (and my bookkeeper) well over 20 hours a month. (My bookkeeper is nervous for her job! haha).

Also Synder's support is so responsive and so thorough. huge thanks to Felix for all of his help setting me up!

Negative: It is really hard to think of something of a con to Synder!

Summary: A great app. Great support when needed but works a treat in the background. I honestly don't know how we'd manage without it! (George provided great support!)

Positive: Easy, reliable and efficient at transferring over 40k transaction pa into QBO for our accounts with hardly any input from us!

Negative: None - there really are no issue, I repeat no issues at all - its a great app through and through!

I use it to connect my Stripe to Quickbooks, saves a ton of time and it's easy to use once you get going.

Negative: Some tricky bits getting signed up but they do have great technical support.

Summary: Well-performing app with intuitive design and features. Informed, prompt customer support. I will recommend this to other clients.

Positive: I had been downloading transactions reports from my payment gateway and uploading them into QBO monthly, which required use of a third party application, and the creation of multiple csv files to upload fees, payments on sales invoices, payouts, refunds, etc. Synder replaced all this with a 5-minute simple set up and labor-free, real-time sync thereafter.

Negative: Although it is possible to set Synder up so that sales are attributed to a Generic Customer in QBO, there can still be customer-specific data in the Description field. We need a way to make that field generic too.

Summary: Synder has been essential for integrating the complicated sales that my store has with 4 different locations and several income streams.

Positive: George has done a phenomenal job helping me set up complicated naming rules and reclassifying sales from our chocolate company, so we can have accurate and up to date reports on our profit per product. Thank you and Bravo!

Negative: Pricing increased after the pandemic forced restructuring of their subscription fees and services. I wish their amazing support was still available for free at lower subscription levels.

Summary: Quality software that exceeds expectations of Quickbooks Online integrations. Great customer service.

Positive: Highly customizable and easy to use with multiple payment import channels. Easy to "set it and forget it" because it's so reliable, unlike other QB-connected apps that we've used.

Negative: A bit difficult to get the hang of the initial setup, but George was incredibly helpful in making sure everything was done correctly and very thorough in answering all of my questions.
