The SurveyTrax Assessment tool integrates with TraxSolutions. It allows users to create, administer, report, and submit virtually any survey or assessment. Surveys can be used to gather feedback and measure the impact of your organization on the members you serve. Surveys can be used to measure the impact of your organization on members. You can modify pre-made templates or create your own surveys. Pre- and post-program analysis allows for repeated-measures analysis and statistical analysis. Allow anonymous responses and hide personally identifiable information. You can choose from a variety of question and answer types including True/False and Yes/No.
