    Summary: I am always provided with the support I need. If something cannot be done the way I envision it, I am provided with the attention and support to create the next best thing. I am always happy with the outcome.

    Summary: My overall experience with Sunwave has been excellent. Especially when it comes to support. I know I have mentioned KIPU, but that is all I have to compare it to. The response of the support staff has been outstanding. Also, Ryan has been incredibly patient and kind to work with. He has gone the extra mile to assist when I have been in a jam and has responded to questions or concerns when he is off work and the EMR support has questions that are asked in email. Outstanding customer services. I never experienced this with other EMR services.

    Positive: I have to admit, I have been using K*** for many years prior to this position. When first introduced to Sunwave, I was not a fan as I was so accustomed to K***. The previous EMR's I have used do not come close to either of these systems. I have now used it for several months and am a huge fan. Especially now that I am able to work on the forms to create an ease of the workflow. This is much easier to do in Sunwave than in K***. The functionality is much easier across the board as well. I also appreciate that Sunwave continues to work on not only making things user friendly, but also keeping up with the times and utilizing technologies that are within Sunwave. Great job.

    Negative: Still getting use to reading the MAR's and would like to see improvements made in this area, but I am adapting.

    Amazing EMR

    Summary: The process of setting it up and customizing it to my liking was made simple. They made every effort to meet my organization where we were at. This cuts our time in half from other EHR's that I have used in the past all the way from training my employees to daily use.

    Positive: This is one of the easiest and most user friendly EMR's I have used to date. They made the set up and implementation easy. Alex was a no pressure salesman who simply put a solution in front of us. Our implementation specialist Heather was amazing and very attentive to our needs and goals as well as our wish list.

    Negative: I wanted to integrate some of my other software. The only con here is the cost for the monthly integration of an API.

    Summary: I would recommend this product to anyone interested in providing their clinical and administrative staff with a software that top notch, integrates well across platforms, and increases employee efficiency by decreasing time spent charting in the EMR.

    Positive: I’d just say like I consult for licensing/accreditation and work with several products and Sunwave is by far my favorite bc of user interface, support, and reporting versatility.

    Negative: I don't see many negatives with this particular EMR software. It is easy to use and a value add to any organization who utilizes it.

    Summary: My team is very happy with Sunwave. The company is great to work with. They are highly responsive to our business needs and requirements. And when we have a question, they are there with an answer.

    Positive: Streamlined the entire admissions process and simplified verification of benefits. Clinicians love how customizable Sunwave is. They don’t have to change their workflow or their process—Sunwave adapts to them. Audit and compliance are practically automated, with standard and ad hoc reports available and customizable to each accrediting organization.

    Negative: It would be great if the company would start a user group or community space where providers could come together to share best practices. I’d like to see more drag and drop features added to the system.

    Summary: As an individual who speaks with my representative frequently, my agency is very pleased with response time, recommendations and suggestions, and upfront expectations.

    Over the past 3 years, the abilities and quality of services has steadily improved.

    Positive: The software is adaptable to the ever changing demands of the clincial field.
    Creation of documentation that is not currently present in Sunwave, is easily created and implemented for use with my staff.
    Representatives are responsive and exhaust all avenue to resolve current issues and/or concerns.

    Negative: Would be nice to have a training system or PowerPoint to use at our agency. This would include logging in, creation of documents, pin code creations.
    Current system does not allow for the use of a signature pad.
    Support group or Q & A area would be useful.
    Real time support via chat would be nice.

    Summary: I have been very grateful for the support team. Every time I have a question they will answer it. I am sure with time I will learn how to better use the features available.

    Positive: I have support team that is available every day with quick response. I usually get a response within hours and at longest overnight.

    Negative: No in depth instructional videos or written documents on specific questions that I am aware of.
