So easy to use Date: Feb 14 2025
Summary: Love it a recommend it to other businesses who want to go cashless. Our customers hardly ever have cash anyway, but we stopped letting them tip through the card machines so needed a solution and striketip worked straight out of the box.
Positive: Setup is almost instant, like less than 2 minutes.
Tips arrive in account within a few seconds.
Payouts every day.
Customers happy to use it.
Reduced our card machine costs and admin.Negative: Not sure there are any drawbacks really. We don't want tips going through the card machines because of the cost, so it's a two step process now because the tip is separate, but it works better for us.
