The devices are easy to set up and support has been very responsive if needed. This has been a great tool for tracking visitation accurately and easily. Would recommend to museum professionals and retail users alike!

Negative: While we have another security camera system, but this one is clearer. Obviously NOT a con, except that I'd love if this camera could capture more of the face for security. While its purpose is to count heads, not bad guys, it sure would be nice.
