    Positive: Easy to use, lots of advanced features, great customer service, great mobile app, easy to run reports.

    Negative: It would be awesome if our medical software shared the invoice info specifically with Fatt Merchant because it just shows charged amount.

    Summary: Overall the switch from our previous software has been great, virtually pain-free to switch over, and much more user friendly.

    Positive: It is very easy to navigate, the issue I have had with other programs is that they are so complex that you need training to use to their fullest extent. With Fattmerchant, everything is clean cut, precise, and to the point without all the extra, obscure pomp that rarely (if ever) gets used. Things are easy to find, in places that make sense, and the reports can come in so many ways that work for your business. I especially like the options in the catalog and the many ways you can easily search for something you may not use often. I also like that you can set invoices so people can partially pay them should the need arise.

    Negative: The only con I can think of is the extra charge to us for use of American Express, it makes things difficult to manage at times because we were satisfied with the pricing before knowing that AMEX wasn't included in that, so we have to work around it.

    Summary: Fantastic... highly recommended. Features are exactly what our bushiness was needing to help streamline our invoicing system. Great support from all of their employees, they all know what they are doing and if they don't they are quick to get someone who does.

    Positive: Being a non-techy individual, this software is the most user-friendly ever. I was worried about being able to navigate with so many features, but its great. Every option is self-explanatory, easy to understand. The features allow us to invoice our clients and keep on top of outstanding invoices. Texting and emailing clients their invoices is a lifesaver, no more wasted paper and stamps! The support staff is quick to respond via messenger and also by phone. From the initial contact every staff member is knowledgeable of their brand. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to streamline their business invoicing and payment system.

    Negative: Nothing as of now... couldn't ask for a more reliable service.

    Low fees good customer service

    Summary: I highly recommend this for the straight forward pricing, and low overall rate. I'm usually under two points.

    Positive: My lawyer's secretary recommended this service to me. She said her firm had a team of three attorneys look into several companies for card processing and found FATT to be the best. My experience has confirmed this!

    Negative: Nothing yet, any issues i had were connection related and customer service was very helpful.
