    Summary: In my case it was really helpful during the first days on the new company, it helped me a lot knowing their values. Nowadays, after some months using it, I feel we share the same values and I'm part of something bigger than me.

    Positive: I like the easy and quick way of recognizing my partners. And I feel excellent when I'm recognized.

    Negative: I would like to add a custom value to the kudos. That would help to recognize more people in an specific value.
