StarTask Description

StarTask (c) is an integrated web-based task management and timekeeping solution. The system tracks contracts and subcontracts as well as projects, tasks, subtasks and the staff resource usage against specific tasks. Tasks and project can be charged directly to clients or as part of overhead, R&D, general and administrative, or research and development. Individuals can only charge time for tasks that they have been authorized to do. There is a review process, approval process, and a system for tracking timesheet corrections. Each day, individuals (e.g., employees or consultants) report their time. StarTask (c) can provide management and clients with up-to-date project and task status, and resource utilization data. StarTask (c) integrates seamlessly with MS Project and most accounting software. The system meets Earned Value Management requirements in project, task and time tracking and reporting.
