HorseBook is software for horse operations that stand stallions, breed mares or board and bill: stallion stations, breeding farms and boarding barns in the US. It works on iPhone, iPad and in any browser at horsebook.app, and every record works on all three. On the Business plan, a booking carries the mare, the contract and the money: the mare owner signs your contract on their phone from a link, deposits and stud fees sit on the booking, and shipments are logged. Frozen semen is kept by tank, canister and cane, including outside and deceased stallions, with a nitrogen log and a reminder when a fill is due. Each client gets a monthly statement with board, mare care, booking fees and passed-on vet and farrier costs, at cost or with a markup. The whole team is included with no per-seat price.
