Summary: I am very happy with my overall experience. I think a huge part of this has been the help Peak has been willing to provide me with the transition. Anytime I have reached out to have a question answered, they have promptly replied and that is really all you can ask for.
Positive: I have enjoyed using Sportsman Web. I was pretty resistant at first because of how comfortable I had been with the desktop version. I genuinely feel as if the web version is easier to use than the desktop. Everything just makes more sense to me on there. Even just aesthetically, it is nicer to look at!
Negative: I don't really have any cons. It just took me a minute to realize the new version was better.

Summary: In my opinion, the professionalism of the staff and the IT team are exceptional. Anyone I have had contact with has been extremely helpful, they have gone above and beyond.
Positive: The versatility that this product offers, is unbelievable. Whether you have a large or small business, Sportsman is the best.
Negative: I think you should be able to purchase ala-carte packages, designed specifically for your individual use.

So Glad to be back to Sportsman!! Date: Apr 11 2024
Summary: I have used two different recreation software programs. One that I had to go through an 8 week training program to get everything set up because it was so extremely detailed and required a large amount of time to complete the set up for each feature and then I have used Sportsman. I started with Sportsman and used it for 10 y rs then was switched to the more expensive and difficult software that I used for almost 2 yrs and then changed jobs and the new job had Sportsman and I was able to jumpm right back in with little to no transition time back to using Sportsman. So glad to be back using Sportsman angain!!
Positive: I love the ease of setting up everything. It is easy to navigate and understand. The support team is great and go above and beyond to help you with any questions or issues you may have!!!
Negative: Doesn't have as many features or you aren't able to manipulate certain features to do certain things in comparison to other software I have used but the ease of using Sportsman in comparison to the other I have used is worth not being able to get extremely detailed in the setup of certain things.

Summary: This is great software for Aquatics, Fitness, Centers, and Recreation Departments.
Positive: Love the reports, the ease of setting up on the back end, reoccurring passes, and easy to use.
Negative: Nothing yet. I've been able to do most of what I want to do, but sometimes with modifying our approach.

Summary: Would highly recommend Sportsman Web for recreation management software needs. The Sportsman team is one of the best we've had the pleasure to work with.
Positive: User friendly, functional, LOVE all the reporting options, customer service is above and beyond - they truly care about their customers and seek to provide the best recreation management software on the market.
Negative: Due to the volume of recurring memberships our organization manages, the original recurring payments feature on Sportsman Desktop is a little tedious and cumbersome. We are SUPER excited for the new automated module on Sportsman Web to go live - it will save us a lot of manual labor.

Sportsman's software for Fruita Community Center Date: Feb 10 2023
Summary: We switched to Sportsman because of our frustration with the previous software company. It was a lot of work to transition but we are loving the ease of Sportsman's.
Positive: I love how easy the online registration is to use for our patrons. I love the flexibility to set up the software to our needs. The programming is far easier than our previous software company!
Negative: The online registration design aspect is a little old school and harder to use. But once you set it up it's fantastic.

Amazing Customer Service! Date: Feb 10 2023
Summary: Overall our experience with Sportsman Web has been phenomenal! Whenever we have an issue their customer service is quick to respond. They have amazing staff that listen to the needs of their customers. If you feel there is a feature missing they have a quick and easy process to request new features. The overall design is clean and minimalistic. With other software programs we would have an excess of pointless information the fill out, but with Sportsman its quick and simple. They are currently in a transition between their desktop application and their cloud based website. Some features have not migrated over yet causing us to have to use two different applications, but they are in the process of getting everything switched over.

Summary: Great customer service AND you don't have to pay every time you need assistance from the team. Each tech call is free and they are happy to work with you.
Positive: Sportsman will connect with your computer and gather all information to research the issue or error. A response is usually heard with in 24 hours and if it takes longer communication is kept up via calls or email.
Negative: It's no fun with an error on reconciling, but the Sportsman team is willing to help and work through the error to make it right.

Summary: My experience with Peak Software Systems/Sportsman has always been positive. Any questions I have or problems I experience are always able to be answered and fixed in very little time. I am also grateful for the check in's that I receive by phone to make sure everything is going well and to see if I need anything. If I could "borrow" any of your staff I've worked with, I would. :-)
Positive: I appreciate how easy it is to reach Peak Software Systems staff in any department. I hold up their customer service as an example for any business to strive for. In the fast paced environment that we all move in it is important to be able to connect and to find friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable folks on the other end of the call is a bonus.
Negative: I would have liked to receive an "away" message but I know that's not always possible in cases of illness.

Sportsman Review - Woodhaven Date: Dec 21 2022
Summary: Everyone who uses this software seems to catch on quickly. We use both Sportsman and Sportsman Web. There is a lot of useful information available on Sportsman Web that you can see at a glance.
Positive: Sportsman is easy and Intuitive. Everyone learns the software quickly. The pricing is great and support gets back to you quickly if they do not answer the phone.
Negative: I wish the questions would carry over to new activities. We have repeat questions and we can't see the answers and have to get the information ever time the patrons sign up.
