    Every CFO’s nightmare bait and switch product

    Summary: You will waste hundreds of hours of time helping them work out tweaks in their software. They will be unable to give you answers on weeks worth of work disappearing. You will train your entire staff and then they will change pricing to more than their competitors. They are in way over their heads.

    Positive: Initially claimed it was free and making money off of merchant fees. But once you use them regularly they begin to add fees.

    Negative: Glitches often work is lost and very time consuming. Don’t want to provide customer service and take long time to reload funds. Dozens of employees we spent training on their inconsistent product and changes.
